The first delivery must be paid for by cash, check, or credit card. Credit terms are discounted price payable at the time of delivery or postmarked within 5 days from the delivery date.
A 20 cent per gallon charge will be added for payments after 5 days, this balance due in full within 20 days. To the extent that purchases remain unpaid beyond agreed terms, the buyer can lose credit privileges and any special price or discount in place between seller and buyer, and the seller will assess late payment charges or interest, whichever is applicable, at the maximum rate allowable under state law.
The buyer agrees to reimburse the seller for all collection expenses, including reasonable attorney fees. Any unpaid balance may be charged to the credit card. Automatic delivery customers are required to provide a 30 day written cancellation notice if terminating the account.
